Wow! The second 51 year old looks like she could pass for her early 30's at the most. Nice cleavage too! (wink, wink)

There's something to be said about eating a regular diet and not substituting all of this chemical stuff for the real thing. Everything in moderation as I say!

Health diets are just that unhealthy. I am seriously trying to lose weight and it is going to be healthy eating and exercise and not stupid diets that will win the race in the long run. People want to be thin quick. With that comes bad diet and poor health. You gained it slowly over time, you will lose it even slower over time. But slow and steady wins the race.

Here goes this old turtle starting down the path to better health.

Of course I may need incentives.

Don't get me wrong; I admire people who stand up for what the believe in.
But...like everything in Life for me...I had to learn the hard way about being a vegetarian.

In 2000-2001, I was in a relationship with a guy who was an UBER vegetarian.

I tried to follow his "methods"....yeah; the weight came off from not eating meat.

But GUESS WHAT ELSE happened:

My hair got very brittle and fell out.
My nails got very brittle.
I felt weak.
I was passing out a lot.

BECAUSE:

Lo and behold....I have LOW BLOOD IRON. :x

Right after I drop-kicked his sorry ass out of my Life, I had a Cheeseburger.
I actually got a head-rush.
