Sad - I always respected Mike Wallace. Love watching his son Chris Wallace just as much.

Mike Wallace was as good of a Journalist who has ever walked the planet. His kid...not so much!

I like Chris Wallace - nobody can replace Mike, but Chris never came off to me like a tool. Did he stay with Fox News or move on? Can't see him staying there.

I honestly don't know where Chris works. Never really cared for him. When I last saw him, he was on 20/20 and that was eons ago.

Me too. I love the old footage of those guys sitting at the news desk with a cigarette burning in the ash tray. Different times then.

Don't forget about Morley Safer and Ed Bradley. Hell, Bradley was the only guy under 90. I think you have to be 80 plus just to get hired on with that show

The show has been on for 40 fucking years. It still a good show when I do sit down and watch it. Scott Pelham is in the Mike Wallace role now and does a great job. The only one they need to get rid of is that dingy blond with the british accent, she fucking pathetic.

Morley Safer is still alive (he's 80 but looks like 157). I heard him on the radio this morning making a statement about Mike's Wallace's death.

I just realized that Morley was still with us when he opened 60 Minutes last night talking about Wallace    I thought surely that fucker had bought the eternal dirtnap by now. You're right about him looking 157. Mike Wallace looked FAR more youthful.
