I think all politicians should be forced to release a CD, tour, or do a movie. That way, we can be sure they know EVERYTHING.

Yeah, I think only if Obama pranced around the woods in a dear suit, then and only then would he need to be leery of Uncle Teddy. Some people are morons.

Horse shit, Ted. What you said could easily be considered a threat without stretching the imagination at all.

Either he's the dumbest person on the planet, or he's just trying to get his name in lights. He's lucky he's not in jail.

Stupid choice of words? No doubt. But I heard much worse said about other Presidents. Nugent shoots off his mouth much like his gun. But really do you see him gunning for the President?

No, but they have to take everything said like that seriously. You don't know how big of a nutbag a person really is until they snap.

Good old uncle Ted, the same guy who was proud to crow about fooling the army docs so he could get out of going to Vietnam. A real patriot.
And then, there's the 17-year old Hawaiian girl he adopted so he could bang her legally without being charged for statutory rape. A regular Woody Allen Jr there.

The problem with Ted is he likes to run his mouth...a lot. He loves the spotlight and people like to encourage him. The problem with that is, most people if left to their own devices, are allowed to run their mouth long enough, are going to say something really really stupid. But to think that "Uncle Ted" would ever harm the president or anyone else for that matter is ludicrous. Just another attempt of the media to deflect attention from the real issues of this election.

As Rick said - he's just trying to get his name in lights. All I care about is that Uncle Ted can play a mean guitar. All politicians suck. I refuse to vote. This should totally be a non story. Waste of money sending the Secret Service over this.

Yeah... you'd think they have other things to worry about right now. Guess they think that maybe this will draw attention away from the scandal.

No mention of Good old Ted on the front page of CNN, Fox News or the BBC. It doesn't look like Nugent is drawing attention away from anything important.

But what is important? Nothing. Politicians only care about themselves and both political parties are the same basically. Why bother?

Nugent can be a real ass sometimes. This is one of those times.

However, it's interesting to hear the howling hypocrites on the left on this one when their folks said things like this and worse on a semi-regular basis and there was barely a peep out of the media, with the exception of talk radio and Fox News.

Not to mention Babs Streisand threatening to move out of country if Bush got re-elected. Update on those who cannot remember...he did, she didn't. Another case of hot air in the celebrity melodrama.

Most of Hollywood has a case of self importance once they hit celebrity...they think they have the right to "enlighten" all of us poor dullards to the truth that is their wisdom. Half these people live their lives with no sense of reason, and can hardly get their own act together, so they need to do as one wise man said, SHUT UP AND SING! LOL.

Now I am not saying they have a right to their opinions, but the over dramatic statements are stupid and they need to use a brain filter before speaking. Just like most of the rest of us common dullards.

Ted Nugent was dropped off the bill with REO Speedwagon and Styx for the show at Fort Knox, KY in June. He may have clarified his statements, but he's definitely not welcome at least in one place.

Ted is insane. I saw him this morning and he lost it in the middle of a pleasant interview. It was bizarre. He was bragging how compassionate he is toasters children and said something and then said he would suck the interviewer's dick and He turned to a female producer who was off camera to the side and said or he would fuck her. They said his wife made him apologize to the female producer afterwards.

Ted is pretty smart. Keeping his name in the news at such an advanced age.

The fact that our government would waste time and money sending the Secret Service to travel to question him is hilarious.

Couldn't they have spent that money keeping some homeless people off the street or something?

I heard that this afternoon. Then he was crying about the canceled show at the Army base because those are his warrior brothers or some shit like that. The same brothers you didn't want to go to war with as a teen so you rubbed shit and urine in your hair to dodge service and then bragged about it later.

I understand that but anyone trying to ban him from playing when some paid a ticket to see him suck. Ted plays a mean guitar and if I bought a ticket and some fuckers got him banned that stinks.

Look the guy choose to make an extremely political stance on a sensitive subject - if he didn't know what he was doing and realize the potential consequences when doing business with a key organization in a political theatre, then he's a moron...and if you don't see what he said as an extremely divisive message, you are part of the problem!

Wasting money sending people on the politcal dollar to interview him. You don't see this? Not even disagreeing with you on Ted going overboard.

You don't have to agree with Nugent at all. Waste of fucking money that could have helped a family in need.
