Remember when kids used to practice for hours in garages, basements, bedrooms....trying to some day be as good as their favorite guitar gods, lol now it's hours and hours wasted on video games.

Damn fine solo young man!

It's a combination of laziness and ADD. They don't have the attention span to devote to learning an instrument so they go for the video games because it's easier.

What I like are the musicians who cover video game songs. Some of those songs compiled on those tinny-ass MIDI chips sound pretty epic when played with real instrumentation.
