no original members, only Wayne Nelson, who comes and goes since the 80s.
HEard later three original members still tour but since Stephen Housden 1981–2006
guitarists owns the name he wont let them use it.
The real LRB was my first concert ever.
But I actually like the current group known as LRB. They've put out some good albums. And Wayne Nelson has sung some of their hits, including The Night Owls, so it's definitely a legitimate group. Greg Hind is a great talent too.
In some sense, LRB is a lot like Toto. Relatively faceless, multiple lead singers, awesome musicians, and a revolving door of players over the years. I don't really fault or mind those guys continuing on in the Little River Band name.
Birtles, Shorrock, & Goble (the original 3) are GREAT too. Their Full Circle DVD is fantastic. See, e.g.,
