This sick fuck better not get 1 iota of leniency or doubt from the judge or jury about his level of sanity. This was calculated and was the subject of plenty of prior design. A mask, a bulletproof vest, gas/smoke bombs, rifle/handgun/shotgun, and kicking in the emergency door? Fuck this guy.
agreed... his Mom lives in San Diego in a nice house, she was quoted as saying "You have the right person"....and the gunmen lived in a low grade apartment in CO, by all accounts...I'm pretty sure she had to boot this loser out of her home...What can you do against crazy?
Anyone want to talk gun control? On a related note, I am planning to see the movie on Sunday...I was planning to go shooting at a range afterwards, but now thinking that may be in poor taste (on two accounts at least)
Gun control. When a legally carrying citizen puts a round in this nutbags head before he can shoot 10 more people. That's good gun control.
you seriously think, in a dark movie theater, with tear gas, smoke etc , someone would nail him down right away ? And who's to say there would be ONE citizen carrying a gun, what if there is 10 of them in the same room and they all start shooting eachother and others !?
In a perfect world, ONE guy would take the guy out and the tragedy's casualties with be minimal. But remember this is real world, not a Hollywood Hero Movie.
With that said, I am not against citizens carrying guns, but more against how easy one can obtain a gun. I still think there should be some restrict laws before you can obtain a gun .
