Guitars for sale

Postby AR » Fri Sep 14, 2012 8:50 am

Along with my CD collection I am looking to sell of my guitar collection. All of these are in outstanding shape. Most of them purchased in 1995. Asking significantly under retail value in most cases.

I injured my left ring finger - snapped the tendon in it. So I just don't play much anymore. I'm keeping 1 or 2 low end guitars I own to noodle around on when I feel the need but I figure I can sell off the better ones and bank some funds towards my daughter's education.

The suggested price for the PS-10 II was $1100 when it was re-issued in 1995 when I got it. It's no longer in production.

The only thing I'll say Ed is this: Your finger injury notwithstanding, you might really regret selling these guitars. But especially this one. I've always regretted selling any music gear (with the exception of some crappy pedals). Unless you're in dire financial straits (which I highly doubt), I'd keep the guitars.

I bought my guitars about 30 years ago...

'73 Fender Blond Strat - traded for it
'73 Gibson Les Paul Custom - $325
'74 Fender Blond P-Bass - $400
'85 Bill Lawrence Tele - $400
Late 60's - Gretch Tennessean - $400

I couldn't afford them today...

Used have an original early one of these, just like this one... wish I still did...

No financial issues. They are just sitting in a closet not being used. The Paul Stanley guitar and the Les Paul are the ones I sort of hope don't sell, but if I get my price I am ok with it. The others can go.

At minimum, keep the Paul Stanley man. Or if they're still for sale in 6 months, maybe I'll hit you back up. lol.
