Musically this is probably the 2nd tightest the band has been since their heyday back from 75-78 (only the Revenge era lineup eclipses this lineup musically in the non original lineups). Paul's voice is truly done which is a shame because he was an underrated vocalist back in the day. You could really start to hear the cracking in his voice in the Rock the Nation tour on the Instant Live cd's and it was really noticeable on Makin' Love. I think Paul really need to tune down his banter in between songs because he screams more during that then he does the entire concert
