Anyone out there develop web sites? I'm looking for some advice.

I'm an MS Access developer but have many potential projects for the web. I'm kind of a busy guy, so I'd rather put my time into building requirements and storyboards than going to learn how to build web pages.

So I wireframed some ideas recently and my fear is I am too "pre-programmed" for Access and may be laying out screens that aren't even possible on the web. I'm talking mostly about data collection (forms) and the display of that data.

I'm wondering if any of you know some sites with good examples of data collection and display sites that are somewhat detailed. I also wonder if there are opportunities to partner with a web developer. I know they say if the idea is good enough you should mortgage the house and pay someone, but I am not sure that's the path I want to go.
