Since our current government seems to want to protect it's citizens from all dangers, what do you think their response will be to this?

Well of course now that this idiot woman did that, your soda will be taxed so you can't buy as much. The nanny state must protect all.

If you drink two gallons of anything a day, you are probably on the fast track to the other side of the grass, maybe water excluded. I don't think a label or a ban could prevent someone this determined.

I say this as a complete sodaholic, by the way.

They could issue Soda ration cards but then again the tax idea would be more lucrative for the state and federal government. I heard someone say that the only difference between organized crime and the federal government is size.

Actually you can die from consuming too much water as well. There was a case were a college student died from doing that as part of a hazing.
