It's always been about the money with this family. His asshole dad created this whole mess. He enslavened his kids and forced them to find success. Weird business model that worked. It's pretty creepy that a mother that old is still so motivated to extract every ounce of blood and money out of this. Where does she find her energy?

Would people be ok with Steve Perry going out on the road and lipping to prerecorded, fixed up tracks? I really doubt it. I'm very sure he'd never do it, because he values the fans opinions of him. People who DO lip synch in concert don't value their fans at all.

Not surprising, his children were nothing more then a vehicle for his ride to fame and fortune. Early on he tried to make it as a musician and failed.
