Most states have ridiculous rules on the books...actually the way this country is going I might move to Texas...some things they get quite right. Just because of this law does not mean this state is messed up. They are doing well in quite a few areas...better than most states actually. Somebody will go out there and get the law repealed because of this action. Usually that is how stupid laws like this get removed. My guess is most people did not know it existed at all.
