Reloaded this track thinking it was messed up disc but I hear it on the video version as well.
at 6 sec and 40 sec the drum tom is clipping.....or am I just hearing things? if not
how could they not catch that........

It's an effect over an electric kit. Carmassi played electric toms for a while.
