I've seen dead bodies that look better than he does , Looks like he has been using a ton of Crystal.These guys almost have a downs syndrome look to them. Bobcat goldthwait looked just like this for awhile, so did CC deville. That Meth is nasty....much worse than Heroin.

He can laugh at himself , which is good and he realizes he has no way of knowing if he will be clean next week(a very realistic view).He seems to know that he has to stay busy which is good as well, hope he can use the tools he learned in rehab to stay clean.

very sad story, yet inspiring at the same time. Pretty good singer and songwriter. Too many talents waste it away on whatever vice and demon that they have. As he said, you have to be looking death straight in the eye before you can turn it around. Hopefully, he won't backslide.

back in the 80's a band I was in got to open up for Henry Lee... he was a great fella.. very personable..

Well if this isn't the freakiest thing, Yulie! I was just coming in here to start a thread about HLS after reading Andrews posted interview on the front page. Thanks Drew, I'm a big fan of this dude's voice/songwriting. I had read he went through some drug hell for a number of years. Looks like he has been clean for 2 years now and is trying to keep busy and back into music. I sure hope he has turned things around and puts out some new music. He's been writing and from the youtube clips I checked out he still has those bluesy soulful pipes. Somebody get this guy into a studio before his pipes go!!!
