Cool discussion with him on Pat Monahan's podcast.

He seems down to earth, but I've also heard he can be quite the dick. In any case, I like his music.

Bummer to hear he's single now. I kind of always thought him and his wife had it made. But does anyone have it made? Doubtful.

I'm a big fan of his, both his voice and his songwriting. He definitely can be a little abrasive but I think at least he seems to be genuine.

The first concert I ever went to was his first tour. AWESOME concert (well for me at the time! Lol). He was playing with Hardline and Electric Boys. Hardline was cool and the funny thing was I didn't even know Neal was in the band at the time. I remember thinking the Electric Boys were pretty gay. Awesome night though. As we were leaving the venue, we almost t-boned Richard's limo. :D

Richard's a great singer/songwriter.
We had gone to a few of his concerts back in the late 80's... Great band.
On the 3rd concert, one of my friends asked me...what was wrong.
I kept looking at one of his guitar players..and said damn I feel like
I know that dude..
He starts laughin and then says...."Remember Jason on Walton's Mountain?"
