Neal rips on his portion of the solo, just as good as, and maybe better than, any of the other supposedly superior technically-skilled players.

Putting all bias aside, Neal did have the best performance of any of the guitarists on that song.

Gillis, Malmsteen and Lynch are probably the next best performances.
