I only ever got to see ELP once. They were past their "prime," but it was an amazing show. RIP, Keith. I can't tell you how many hours I've invested in listening to their music (and Keith's music apart from ELP) over the decades...

Devastated and I feel like I lost a friend. He knows the drummer in one of my bands and he and Mari were at our gig almost the whole night -in Jan with me on keys. He was very generous with his stories and taking pics with us- wonderful guy. I've been havin a lot of trouble with this the past few days. Just horrible. The other Rock star deaths are all awful but this one is very personal.

That's awesome, John. What's your band called?

Here's a beautiful tribute from Michelle Moog-Koussa, daughter of Bob.

It's 80s band - Centerfold. In glad I'm at the point now where I only had a tiny bit of nerves at the beginning , playing for Keith wasn't nerve wracking at all, no more big of a deal than having a musician friend I know there.
