Ok, thanks. I read this same thing in the article posted in the thread you posted to in the Journey forum.
I guess, IMO, it's just Perry being Perry and him doing what he wants to do rather than what everybody else wants him to do, or is telling him he should do. I don't see anything where he has said 'yes' or 'no' to performing...he makes no comment on it at all.
The longer he doesn't commit, the less likely it is that he can perform though I'm sure whatever he may decide to sing would have to be tuned for his current voice, and they would want to rehearse. So, whatever. But, maybe that is what he wants to avoid...spending that amount of time with Neal/Jonathan/Steve Smith/Ross Valory/Gregg Rollie...maybe the past makes it too awkward .
I was sure he would perform since this is really the last honor Journey will probably get where he CAN perform and do it honorably. And, if he did perform, the RRHOF would make a ton of $ off of it.
