This is a real shock to the system. Chris was awesome. The bands he was in were awesome. He was an incredible singer. RIP.

Was having this very discussion last night at the bar. A friend, (huge Cornell fan), actually said "It's not like Steve Perry where you can just easily replace his voice." People are fucking retards.

If they're smart, they'll call it a day instead of doing an Alice in Chains.
[Drummer] Matt Cameron also drums full-time for Pearl Jam. I doubt these guys are broke.
