Meat Loaf made his official return to performing tonight on Huckabee - TV show hosted by the former governor and presidential candidate. Similar to Phil Collins on the current Genesis tour, Meat is mostly chair bound and letting the back-up vocalists do a lot of the work. I also detect some auto-tune. Other than this, he made an appearance at a private event hosted by country singer John Rich a few months back.

Meat has said that this performance is potentially a start of a new storytellers tour.

I'd say he sounds better than he has in maybe 20 years and I think its great using a bunch of background singers to boost the sound, I think when they were all singing it sounded really good. Killer band also!

I didn't realize he was still out there performing.
