According to foundrymusic.com, Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx has denied rumors that Brides Of Destruction will not be performing alongside Poison and KISS for a summer tour with a post in the Rock N' Roll Diary section of the official Motley Crue website:

"No WAY IN FUCKING HELL WOULD WE ((BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION OR MOTLEY CRUE) EVER, EVER TOUR WITH A FUCKING BAND LIKE POISON...WE HAVE HAD TALKS WITH KISS AND I TOLD THEM VERY CLEARLY THAT WE WOULD NOT DO THE TOUR IF THEY USED POISON. THAT WOULD BE THE DEATH OF US...I WILL NOT BE ATTACHED TO THAT KIND OF FAKE BULLSHIT...
LOVE AND BLOODY KNUCKLES NIKKI SIXX"

Not that I ever had that much respect for Nikki anyway, but that would give him some credibility in my book. It sure doesn't detract from my view of him.

I quite like POISON. I can understand if he thinks they are 'fake bullshit', but putting that aside, Poison have done some great party rock songs. And 'Hollyweird' is not that bad at all.

Nikki seems to have forgotten that his band mate Tracii Guns actually subbed for DeVille when he almost left the band for the second time!
So he wont play on the same bill as Poison,but he'll be in the same band as a guy who was very briefly a member of Poison!

Have any of you guys heard that Brides Of Destruction album?!? WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP!!! There's even RAPPING on the album. That album is soooo NOT what you would expect of a Mötley/L.A. Guns combo, it's horseshit I tell you, avoid it at all cost!!!!!! Look how far he has sunken to sell an album. Atleast Poison stayed true to their sound, Nikki just...isn't Nikki on this album.

Poison's Hollyweird is a pretty good album. I especially like the punk songs that CC sings on: "Emperor's New Clothes" and "Living In The Now".
Haven't heard Brides of Destruction but if there's rap on there then it must be pretty much crap. I've seen both Poison and Motley Crue live and I have to tell you that Poison puts on a much better show.

There's only rap in one song, but that's enough to show you what Nikki Sixx will do to sell an album. That singer can't sing if his life depended on it. I haven't seen either live yet, I hope I will though.
