Question for kiss collectors....

Hey Folks

Thought someone on here might be able to help me out....
Cleaning out my cupboard I came across a Kiss record which I haven't seen again since I brought it years ago. Anybody know anything about it?

It's called "KISS - A BLACK DIAMOND" (Lick It Up Studio Sessions)

It does not have track list but does say on the sleeve.....
"This Studio session is recorded on June 14th 1983 in Right Track studios, NYC. This Album contains a very exclusive studio session during the Lick It Up period. All songs are taken from the original demo tapes which were found in a dust-bin. We saved them before they were destroyed. And now on the special album for all the kiss fans of the whole world. Buy, Listen & Shudder!"

Anyone know if this is rare or worth anything?
