1. Not ONE New England radio station has played any of the songs off of Journey's dismal new CD Generations. However, radio stations in New England play songs by Journey with Steve Perry as the lead singer, daily.

2. Has anyone heard a song off of Arrival or Red 13 on the radio in the past year? NO!

3. Most rock critics have a disdain for Journey and Steve Augeri. However, a few rock critics like Journey with Steve Augeri. The former rock critics consider Steve Augeri a c-level Steve Perry replacement. (The Boston Globe).

4. Fifty of the largest newspapers in the United States didn't even give Journey's Generations a CD review.

5. Unless Journey gives away the CDs at shows, each of the three CDs has tanked in record sales almost immediately.

6. Since Journey saturated the United States concert scene since 2001, they have nothing new to offer their fans. (Three hour shows, touring with no opening act, touring with other has-been bands has occured since 2001).

7. Most rock music fans have abandoned Journey and their current music, which has caused their fan base to diminish since Steve Perry was kicked out of the band after suffering a near fatal hip and leg injury.

I told everyone here that Generations wouldn't "generate" any interest from the majority of rock fans. I stand by my words.

Here is the facts (the truth)
1) Not on radio ststion haaas played a new song by Steve Perry. Steve has not had a new cd in over 10 years, and his last good solo cd was 21 years ago.

2) Has anyone heard a new song by Perry in the past 11 years on the radio?

3) Most rock critics hate anything Steve Perry, with or without Journey!

4) 50 of the Largest newspaper don't even know anything about music, much less Steve Perry.

5) Steve Perry can't even make anything to give away

6) Perry will not even give his fans the respect to play one show, much less tour.

7) Most music fans have given on Steve Perry ever doing ANYTHING new in the music business. And since when a hip injury of his type near fatal? The only thing that was near fatal about it was it killed his career.

Troll, anyone can go pro Perry or pro Journey. I am a big Perry fan, and if you can look back at my post and see that. I think Perry is the voice of Rock. Or maybe I should say classic rock now. Anyone can make the other side look bad. But you carry overboard. Your post tend to make me  , and that is being nice. You complain no one likes you and balh, blah. Look at what you do.-ERIC

Troll,

1) Prove that you have a "career".
2) Prove that you have multiple degrees. Why don't you come across as
being intelligent and articulate? You could be a 16 year old high
school droput based on your postings.
3) Why would someone come onto a board regarding something they
don't like?
4) If Journey's US fanbase is dwindling, then why were the crowds this
year bigger than any other year since their return?

I know who you are. We have you figured out. And we are all laughing.
