They want nothing less than the complete annihilation of Israel and the United States. This is something that the leftists/socialists in this country just don't get.

I agree. These extremists feel that they have a "higher calling" and as they persevere, they will eventually overcome the "Great Satan," which is Israel and the U.S. If they die, they die for Allah. If they kill - behead, torture, whatever - they do it in the name of Allah and for Allah's benefit and advancement in this world. You can't debate or discuss with people like that. Whether they kill or are killed, they have one calling and one calling only and nothing will deter them from it.

If anyone doubts the veracity of these individuals, all one needs to do is check out a few of the Islamic websites, or the websites in the U.S. that carry videos of some of these extremists doing what they do - beheading, torturing, blowing other people (and themselves) up. I doubt seriously that the leftists/socialists in this country will ever get it, yet one wonders what they're reaction will be when they finally do come to the realization that these extremists are not what they thought.

Can anyone really deny that? For myself, I can't. There is a deep sadness in that song, yet there is light at the end of the tunnel. To me, that's what the song says in a nutshell. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

That explanation is perfect. Image

I think that makes about 15-20 shows that the dixie chicks have had to either cancel postponed for this tour.. and is what is weird about it all--their CD went to #1....go figure... think about this--- they were on TOP just 2 years ago in CDs and concert revenues.. so see how fast it all goes--

Agreed lights. For the tour opener in Detroit's Joe Louis Arena, I read it was maybe half capacity. JLA seats just under 20,000. This from a group that had to book multiple nights in just about every venue just a few years ago....that is a steep fall!!
