I must confess to not knowing much about any Journey stuff before "Departure" , with the exception of the few tracks they always play "live" off the earlier albums

I always had the idea it was "too jazzy" etc etc blah blah, but you know what, the stuff rocks.. big time

and this recording is "magnifico"
