I already downloaded these this morning. It brings back cool memories of going to the Days On The Green. :D

The Day on the Green shows were major stadium concerts put on by Bill Graham every summer at the Oakland Colessium during the 70s and early 80s. Big festival type shows with all sorts of bands. Journey headlined quite a few during their hey day. If you have Time3, there's a copy of a concert review with the title "Journey Hits a Home Run in Oakland" -- that was a Day on the Green show.

Alas, *I* was never old enough to attend them, though I desperately wanted to.

Interesting, that on Seperate Ways, as its so new, Perry has yet to engrave the whole melody in stone, a few little bits here n there sound different to the recorded version

Later on, after it was recorded, he had to keep the whole melody pretty much identical.

still...great grade "A" recording, thanks for putting it up

That might be the best live version of "Separate Ways" that I've heard yet.
