My least favorite is Diver Down. At one time it was WACF, but for some reason I've been listening to it more lately.
Although, there really isn't a bad VH album even including all eras.

WACF is one of VH's top rock albums in my books. Romeo Delight, Everybody Wants Some, Fools, Loss of Control, Take Your Whiskey Home, all rip. Not the best songwriting album, but you can tell it was made for the live concerts, and the energy shows. It just takes a few listens to get into. If they put out one more album with those dynamics again, I'll be happy to see VH quit after that on a "high note". Plus it was written in Dave's dad's basement. Maybe they should go back there and avoid 5150, given the crap that has come out of there lately (or not.)
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

Agreed. Because of "Where Have All The Good Times Gone?", "(Oh) Pretty Woman," "Dancing In The Street," and "Happy Trails" (although I like the rendition). However, two-thirds of the songs on the album kick ass! 8)

The worst is DIVER DOWN by far, with 1984 running a distant second.
I can't see how any VH fans, particularly fans of the Dave era, could slam either WACF or particularly FAIR WARNING, in my book one of their best! Both of those albums had teeth and the kind of bite that VH lost, and never really regained. Even with Sammy, who I love and always liked his VH material, they were never quite the rocking band they once had been (allthough FUCK comes pretty damned close).

Ok, so I'll jump the gun a bit and ask...
What;s the worst SAMMY era album?
I gotta go with OU812

I'd have to agree... only because it lacks the greatness of others, but still packs a punch!

W&CF

Best is DD... Secrets, little and big guitars...hang em high...cathedral. Absolutely killer.

I'll take Take Your Whiskey Home of W&CF and that's it.

This is like picking the ugliest girl in the Miss Universe contest...

I guess my least favorite VH album with Diamond Dave is W&CF.
