p.s. Santa Claus isn't real!

Santa isn't real??? :(

Sure he is :)
Hell, I was sitting at the table eating breakfast this morning and writing
my yearly letter to him, when all of a sudden that little Leperachaun
on the cereal box hopped on to the table and struck up a conversation with me...

Yum!! Lucky Charms :D Here I was thinking that the Leperachaun only spoke to me, two-faced little bastard
Until we meet again, may God
Hold you in the palm of his hand.

Only in Monker's delusional world! I think we should start a petetion to get Gary Cherone (he is a Boston boy, afterall!) inducted into the RRHOF with Van Halen! He was in the band, right?

Alittle OT but you bring up something that has ALWAYS bugged me...
I have been a fan of Extreme's since hearing "Play" in the B&T Excellent Adventure movie in the theaters.
Ran out and bought their debut. I think 3 Sides is a badly under appreciated album and one of my all-time faves from the 90s.
My point is, am I the ONLY one, aside from that headcase Eddie, that thought Cherone w/ VH
would've been 100 times better than what it was??? I was really looking forward to that collarboration and it sucked!

I think the reason I liked it is because I didn't really have any expectations of what it should sound like before I listened to it. I just thought, "If the songs are good and the playing's good, then I'll like it".

Get well Steve!

 Seriously tho, people can not be THAT dumb,,,,,, well maybe they can!

JRNYAnne wrote: Yeah, That would be great!!!
If they aren't going to tour again until late '07 ( after the European gigs), Stevie might just be ready to rock 'n' roll by then!! 75% of me says good for Steve and his fans, and 25% of me would just like to see that 'other' site implode upon it's own misery! What goes around comes around as they say. Time heals all wounds, but also, time wounds all heels! :>}
Peace out.

I wonder if they will kick Jeff out or keep him to push PLAY/PAUSE on the tape player when they play live!?

We must remember much like people forgiving Deano the people on the other site feel that there was a hate campaign against Augeri, going as far as to make up stories of him miming and having no voice.
So if you take it from that perspective you can see that this site and some of the people will be seen as against Journey and especially Augeri!!
The reality is much like a brainwashed religion member they will see things as they belive not as they are. :?

Sorry Carl...

I'm a Hagar guy all the way with Van Halen. I didn't mind the Roth material, but just thought Sammy was a much better vocalists for the material VH put out.

Believe me, If I can co-exist and post on both, ANYONE can :)
It just gets harder and harder to "keep in check" over there.

Yo Ratgirlie, do you use the same 'handle' over there?

Hello dude well i just read some of the posts directed at you at BT some people are really upset! Saying you have changed, sounds so much like a religious cult its frightning :?
The sadest thing for me with all that has happened regarding Journey fans is that anyone who belives that Augeri mimed is seen as trying to destroy him and the band and not being a true Journey fan. This really pisses me off big time,as a friend said to me i am sure when we catch some Journey shows in the UK there will be a atmosphere when guys and girls from this site and the other are around one another, thats tragic.
As much as i feel lot of people on the other site dont know anything about what has really gone down with the band and will only belive what suits them, they are still Journey fans. But so are we yet Andrew and his site and many of us are now seen as not true fans. This judgmental attitude has caused a lot of negativity....we are all fans no matter what we belive.
I fear as that in time much like myself you will be marked as a troublemaker and will not post at all, lets hope with Jeff steering the band we can put this all behind us. :D

Hopefully JSS can bring everyone together. He seems well fitted to run on as the singer. People need to drop the past and move on. We don't know the full story, probably never will, but us arguing over it only makes it worse. Augeri is out (I am sad to hear that), JSS appears to be in (And the fans seem to like this, as do I). Everyone should what and see how they do on CD, and that tour. I am, so I am casting no stones, unless it is one of my Kidney stones :D -ERIC
