Amen, and amen. If you want to see Classic Van Halen, go see the Atomic Punks. You would witness a much better rendition than EVH and DLR would be capable of producing.

I'm sorry guys, but without EVH and DLR these guys would be in the unemployment office or in an 80's band that released 1 album and it went straight to the discount bin.

No one is gonna pay to see VH fronted by another guy that hardly anyone knows. Pretty much all weve got is DLR and Sammy and Gary and we all saw what happened to Gary.

The fans have spoken. We want the full original lineup. Not some farce of a band even though that's what Van Halen has become lately.

I agree.Nothing beats the real thing.I'm gonna go just to watch the possible knife fight between Eddie and Dave in the encore, and to watch Wolfie catch doughnuts with his mouth during his bass solo....lol

After watching the Atomic Punk clips on Youtube, I can say that those guys are better than VH has been for almost 20 years.

Did you see DLR when he toured with Sammy? The guy doesn't have the kick, the scream or the voice to do VH justice anymore. He bailed on 95% of the screams and just stood there like he was singing Sinatra! Sitting there watching him made me think that he did it for one reason and one reason only: CASH. Because he seriously looked like an 80 year old up there, really pathetic. I felt totally ripped off by DLR. And BTW Sammy sounded as good as he ever did with VH!

I'd rather have a guy who can DO IT ALL as opposed to an original who can't do shit anymore.

I know it won't happen because this is nothing more than a money grab by Eddie and Alex, we all know it but still with that being said, this guy can DO IT ALL.

If I closed my eyes, don't know if I could tell the difference. The Punks are amazing!

I always thought Marq Torien from the Bulletboys would have been a great vocalist for VH
