Now look at it what this has turned into.

It SEEMS Andrew understands what I meant. But, hardly anybody else in this thread does. It seems like hardly anybody on this forum cares about what ANDREW wants the forum to be. They only care about what THEY want it to be, and that they can say their piece. That's the ONLY THING that matters here any more.

I'm trying to put this bluntly....and carefully. This new forum is *supposed* to be a new thing. To allow a third place for people to go. What Skylord and I saw were a group of people unhappy with BT (But staying there because they didn't want to come here). At the same token, There were a handful of folks here that were unhappy, but didn't want to go BT.

We saw an opportunity to do something cool and have some fun in the process. Both Skylord and I are the type of guys where somthing turns so nasty that our quality of life is ruined, we'll walk away from it. There are far more important things in life....We're not going to let poisonous elements ruin these boards....and we'll work hard to prevent that from happening....but the greatest of men can be crushed to mice at the force of a few nasty music fans unwilling to compromise their ideals on a forum. I sincerely hope that never happens over there....

I made it clear over on Back Talk before someone tried to turn me into a target there....that this place was different that both forums...or at least thats the hope/design....and it's going to take some time to shape it into that vision....

If people at either BT or here don't like the new forums, That's fine by me, Skylord and everyone else at the new forums. That's why BT and MR.com's forums still exist....I encourage everyone to go and post where you feel most comfortable.
