Mojito for me please....extra Bacardi!
Ooh! I LOVE those too! I have my Limon bacardi here at home! My same friend (ex-bartender) who showed me how to make the margarita turned me on to those too! Now I'm gonna have to go out and get mint leaves
Mojitos rock! We may just have to add those to the drink menu for the Florida extravaganza.

Yay!!! I'm not drinking alone!!Actually, it's Bacardi and Coke Zero...better in my opinion than Diet Coke. And, it is garnished with a cherry soaked in Hot Damn Cinnamon schnapps. Yum.

Hey drinkin' buddy!!I don't care for Coke Zero but the effect of the drink is the same.
I haven't tried the soaked cherry, but maybe I should.

Thanks Sherrie!! My son Dakota was high scorer with 19 points. We struggled with our defense, but it was a sweet victory since they upset us last week with a buzzer 3-pointer. Tomorrow we have an AAU girls basketball tourney with my daughter (always fun, since it's 8, 9, & 10 year olds).![]()
Oh, we do band and choral competitions too. We have a great time traveling up & down the east coast with the music department. 4 kids keep us hopping, and we LOVE it!!!

Great job by your son!!Neither of my girls were into sports. The band competitions were great though. I got so into it that I almost had withdrawl symtoms when my last one graduated.
I did get into the football games when we went to watch the halftime performances though. I just had a hard time seeing those kids getting knocked down and sometimes hurt. I don't think I could have taken it if I'd had a boy out there playing.

Well, gotta do that too since Dakota is the Quarterback for the football team too!!! He'll likely be the starting QB for the varsity team next year as a sophomore. It's scary, but it's what he wants to do. I'm told he has a really good chance at playing FB at the college level. As a matter of fact, his QB coach lives in Roanoke, and we'll be making a visit down to see him probably next month. Maybe we can meet up somewhere.

a jigger?...thems mountain measurments, heres how you cook in the country.. a smidgen is just a tensie little bit,, 3 smidgens makes one pinch, 4 pinches = 1 little bit, 4 little bits = 1 millen amount, 3 millen amount = a right smart , and it takes 4 right smarts to make a whole heap..
