Eddie Van Halen has committed himself to the Betty Ford rehab to get off drugs and booze! In addition, he has apologized to Michael Anthony and given up his crazy idea of letting a 15-year-old play bass for Van Halen. Eddie wanted to make sure he was clean and sober for the upcoming Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction, and to make sure he gives his fans their money's worth during the upcoming 2007 Van Halen tour. Word has it that Eddie has also apologized to Sammy Hagar for being an intolerable drunk during the 2004 Van Hagar tour, and things are looking good for a dual Van Halen/Van Hagar show at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony.

Wow - Eddie has finally given us some things to be positive about! It's all good!!! I was finally able to post a thread without saying anything critical about Eddie. Too bad it all happened in my dreams, and then I woke up. Lord knows I wish it were all true. It would sure be great to have some good things to post on this forum.

Voyager, you are a trip thats for sure. I just dont get all the bashing you do. Did VH do something to you? It looks like youre a big Journey fan with your symbol under your name. Journey got me upset before by not getting SP back in the group but they continued with a sound a like and I bought the Arrival CD and enjoyed it. Now with JSS , Journeys sound will change a bit but its not the Journey I grew up on but I dont bash them for continuing, I wish them the best and I will see them in concert again in the future. At least with DLR singing even without MA , its still going to be a great show. I will post a review of the show.
