Another under-20 Journey fan checking in. The only albums I don't have are Dream After Dream and Look Into The Future. I also have about 35 Journey boots.

I was cleaning out my basement last year and finally realized that I never listen to cassettes anymore and that most of that music has been replaced digitally. It was still tough to throw them out... but I will never throw away my vinyl.

I'd have to count when I'm home, but I do know for sure I have more of Jeff's work than Journey's.

Oh, you're definitely not the only one. I still have quite a few Journey cassettes. Most of them have been replaced by CDs, and I have all of their work on the computer, but I just can't get rid of the cassettes (or the vinyl - no Journey on vinyl, but some other good stuff).

I still have Infinity, Escape and Street Talk on cassette, but they hardly play anymore. I just keep them to have as part of my Journey collection. I did throw several cassettes away when I replaced them with disks. I really don't remember if I ever had any on 8 track or not.

I have the Journey Escape Atari game though, and a game system that still plays it. :D

Just as an oddity I have Anyway You Want It on a promotional 45 rpm vinyl with the sleeve and label printed in Spanish.

I actually wore out my first cassette copy of Frontiers and had to replace it sometime in the late '80s. I forgot, I do have Separate Ways on 45. I think Send Her My Love is the B side.

I bought:

2 Infinity CDs (original & re-master)
2 Departure CDs (original & re-master)
2 Greatest Hits CDs (orig., re-master)
2 Frontiers (orig, re-master)
2 TBF (orig, re-master)
1 Evolution CD
1 Captured CD
1 Escape CD
1 ROR CD
1 Greatest Hits LIVE CD
1 Arrival CD
1 Red 13 CD
2 Generations (one free, one I bought)
Time 3 CD set
Essential Journey CD
Dream after Dream CD

Greatest Hits DVD
Escape Houston '81 DVD
Arrival DVD

and, some vinyls as I find them in thrift stores (for old time's sake & the bigger pics)
I only have a few boots...but, I would like more. :) And, I plan on buying the rest of the re-masters (maybe, I feel guilty for boots or maybe I want the pics).

And, I have all Steve Perry CDs & some of the re-masters. Plus, I bought the Armegeddon CD just for the song, "Remember Me"...oh, and I got a few Pre-Perry Journey songs from iTunes, but they don't grab me as much.

My LP of Frontiers was signed at the WOF by all the band members on it except Ross. Ah, I actually had SP signing it in front of me....I forever thank the fan who gave it to me right beforehand 'cuz I didn't bring anything to sign...who knew? :)

Funny. I can see you saying, "Anyone have a shred of paper? Or a gum wrapper? I have to get their autographs!" Then someone says "I have a Frontiers album, willl that do?"

How do i avoid them? If anyone knows the answer, just PM me
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, wine and chocolate in hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "what a ride!"
