What's funny is how Tracii ABANDONED the band to go do the Brides OF Destruction thing, but when that bombed, he wanted back in LA Guns, but they already had a guitarist.

I'm not really sure "who" owns the name, but from what I know, unless YOU do, and you leave the band, the rest collectively can continue using the name.

I met Phil and the REAL LA Guns the other night and we had a blast. Staci Blades severely smoked on guitar and I'd pretty much say that he made Tracii look like a slouch.

And just to add, we're not all dumb enough to believe that Tracii had it planned all along to get the original band back together. The ONLY reason he did it was out of spite for the LA Guns that wouldn't take him back after the Brides flopped on it's face

Last night in my hometown (Cheltenham-UK) i saw a triple bill in a small nightclub.Heading the bill was Tracii and Paul's version of LA Guns. I gotta say they were absolutely amazing.The band were tight as hell and were really enjoying themselves,Paul was a great frontman and even invited people on the stage for a mass sing-a-long!!
I met him afterwards and found him to be a really nice and genuine guy.I'll deffo catch them again if i get the chance.
