UFO
ELO

If I'm correct, I believe it was ELO and UFO that Journey first toured with, with Steve Perry.. (Infinity Tour). Please do correct me if I'm wrong as it was a long time ago and I may have been under the influence attending my first Journey show.

wow,, that list has some big rock names on it,, herbie has to be credited
for allowing such talent to open these shows.. it seems that in the 70-80s ,
lots of managers picked no name bands to open ,, either to keep more
of the cash , or so thier talent would never get blown off the stage,, and
herbie puts eddie van halen on his first album opening up...very cool....

the SyKlopps rules..

Don't forget the guy that "opened" for Journey this past tour. Remember Cain and Vallory came out and jammed out a tune with him....Don't forget that guy :D

Actually the Infinity tour was Montrose w/ Sammy Hagar, Van halen & Journey w/ Steve Perry. It was a great night of music.
