He's touring by the way: http://www.bryanadams.com/onlineshop/to ... r_2007.htm
no where near me though.

The video you're thinking of was "Cuts Like a Knife".
When did he release a song called, Here I am? It's not off of Room Service. What am I missing?

Raider,
Here I Am is actually off an animated soundtrack, "Spirit" the horse movie. He did the entire CD, about 5 vocal tracks and many instrumental. This was in about 2001/2002.
I like all the Cd's and especially, the last one, Room Service is spectacular. I rate it above Into The Fire, Cuts Like a Knife and Neighbours.
Raider, I have some excellent boots of Here I Am, that I can send you. Hell, I can send you some songs never released, like, Hey Elvis, So Far So Good, and Diana....all good.
Also, if you don't have it, Live in Lisbon is the latest live CD and is second to none.As good as Journey Houston 81.

SAME here! "Native Son" is such an underrated song...unbelievable.That in my book should have been a number one song.Pure finesse and feeling.
Speaking of one of the songs from the thread title,Run To You,I've watched this clip from Wembley on YouTube, and besides marveling at that fantastic crowd,I couldn't help thinking how much it reminded me of the opening part of "Send Her My Love" - the recording which is on Journey's GHDVD...![]()
Same thing.I'm almost waiting for the SHML theme to kick in!

But then I remember Bryan's words (I always do whenever I hear a similarity between his and Journey's music) "I was sitting in the wings in awe watching that huge machinery named Journey"...or something to that effect.I bet he learned a lot while he was touring with Journey in the '80.
Not bringing Journey talk here,nope,lol...It's a nice Forum.I love BA.

Good point!

Makes sense, but it has always seemed a little less mind numbing from Bryan Adams then that other band for me

"We gotta save that little tree" GAY!!!!
RockinDeano wrote:Hate to tell you, that was NOT Wembley. I know a poster said that, and he also said it was in 92. Dumbass, it was Dallas '87. I have THAT show. Adams didn't wear Black in 92, he wore all white.

I can't check now cuz I'm at work, but I'm sure I have never heard or seen any footage from Dallas '87.Believe me,I have 5 tons of BA boots and the commercial releases,so I would have remembered.
I do think that's Wembley '92...Was the same year when BA had his first shows in Hungary and Turkey.I've seen a short clip (boot) from Hungary and he was wearing black.
Maybe this sounds weird, but look at the other Wembley vids too, look at some of the peeps in the audience when they sing along - I can tell they speak British English by the way they pronounce the words,LOL!
Anyway, that wasn't the point of my previous post.I was struck by the Journey-esque intro, that'sall.
