I'm not sure what you're issue is but you are definitely an arrogant prick. I never said my opinion was more valid than yours. Your posts speak down to me insinuating that I was stupid because I didn't dig the first three cd's because I wasn't "deep" and didn't get the music. I don't enjoy them so I don't listen to them often. It has nothing to do with echoing my experience or echoing anything else for that matter. I don't listen to them because I don't enjoy them. I hope you listen to a lot a deep music that you don't enjoy to broaden your human experience and support the responsibility of art. I'll listen to the shit that I enjoy.

I agree about your art comment. As an artist I can see/hear/experience the depths of JOURNEY's first 3 albums. I can also appreciate the little scriblings that my children make with crayons. I can appreciate these things because I understand that the responsibility of art is to echo human experiences - shallow and deep.

If it doesn't echo YOUR experience (turn your crank) then you shut it off. Talk about arrogance.

Fyre- Get with reality. It takes BIG $$$$$ to promote music. Geez, a garage sale ad is 10.00 or more. So sales & hits and airplay make a band happening and the promoters climb on board, because they smell $$$$$. If Perry said I want to sing with Journey again, you would see promoters acting like ,you know, the vultures that they are. It would be pandemonium !!!! Neal & Jon would be bathing and kissing his feet. Journey had no success before Perry or after until Jeff. If he had a few more years, may have revitalized their careers. Forget Pre-Perry because so few knew unless on the west coast.
