Just a little acknowledgement for those who are still grieving Jeff's firing & for those who are still angry at FrigFro to be allowed to feel miffed at the rush for Journey to continue w/a new singer. honestly i don't care who fronts journey. like i said i'm done. what i find upsetting is the quick 180 it seems people have taken. i've been very vocal how i feel about sp, sa & now sadly jss. i was told by many that they would end up stabbing him in the back. never thought that would happen. so i just don't get how the people who claim to be friends with jeremey are so gung-ho about him being the next lead-singer for journey. they use people then toss them aside. throw them under buses to save their own asses... they lie. they don't have a very close connection with their fans... all we are to them is money in the bank. how many times did they skip out on meet `n greets? now that jss is gone that means no more free passes so i guess it doesn't matter.

sp & jss can have join custody of me! }=C))

p.s. i've been a journey fan practically all my life... this whole thing hurts. i forgave them for sp... i forgave them for sa (jss made that easy)... but when they screwed jss that was strike 3 for me.

i want those shitheads to know... they lost a good loyal fan in me.

Furthermore, no where in my original post did I say to 'hurry up'. I did say 'stop messing around'. Despite what you may have interpreted, they are two distinctly different things, IMO. Jeff knows how I feel about him, and about this situation. I have neither done a 180 nor thrown him under the perverbial bus. I am planning on being in Maryland in early October and in South Bend later that week.

So donna is still looking forward to a new journey cd & tour regardless who's singing. You are not. You could have been criticized for the same thing after Jeff filled in for Augeri. What's the difference?

I don't think I said this. I'm honestly not sure how I feel about the future of Journey. (I will be the first to agree with you Tree that Friga & Fro are "first class assholes"). What I have made perfectly clear on numerous occasions is that I support Jeremey's right to follow his dream and have this opportunity. I also think (as a 'loon') that IF there has to be someone to 'sound like our 65 million units out there' and it can't be SP, then Jeremey is the best guy for the job.

I have asked Jeremey about this point blank on two occasions, and I have also heard from someone close to the band about this. I am satisfied with the explanation that I have heard, straight from the source. From what we are learning now, it may not have happened as fast as we originally thought. Don't get me wrong, in NO WAY do I think it's right.

Look everyone, I did not post this to cause a flame war. I have no beef with Tree, or Susie, or anyone else. I understand that some people don't feel the same way about Jeremey as I and others do, just as some don't feel the same way about JSS as I & others do. I have a deep respect and admiration for BOTH performers, and want nothing but good things for them both. I respect your opinion to be pissed, and I just ask that you respect my opinion as well.

Did I get somebody mixed up with someone else? If so, sorry, and anything I've read on these forums I take with a grain of salt. I've noticed there are only a few that are nasty and at least they seem to be consistent. LOL JR(Susie) that TRULY is a compliment. My lifelong mantra has always been, I don't care if you don't like my music, but if you tell me I can't sing, oh, it's on. LOL
