Anything, and I mean anything Perry ever sang is great to you. If I ever heard an ill word about Perry from you, I'd fall out of my chair. Just thought I would poke you in the ribs a little. :D

Ah, come on! Let's see a good, old-fashioned, kick to the crotch instead.

I'm not in that kind of mood tonight. But I will say this. SP is just a dude that was blessed with a great gift that was irresponsibly overused, and now is just a shadow of itself. Sad as that is. I do enjoy hearing him sing on the David Pack and Guff tunes though. There's no mistaking who that is.

Two of the best songs the man ever sung, silk like.

You complete tool.

The first 2 bonus cuts, particularly Friends Of Mine, are better than the original 11.
Go get it, for MY taste p's finest vocal effort track-for-track.

DUDE! You don't have FTLOSM? omg.

Make sure you get the remastered version. It's amazing and you'll love it.

Lora, I just KNEW waiting 13 years to buy it would pay off!!! I'll be picking it up this weekend along with the Frontiers and ROR remasters. Can't wait.

I'm surprised, too. You need to get Street Talk remastered too for the bonus songs. I'll admit it took awhile for FTLOSM to grab me...but, then again I had just found all the old SP with Journey again, so it was a different sound. But, now I love it (except not as keen on the song, Donna Please).

Sadly, I'm without the remastered CD's too, but glad I'm not alone. Looks like a shopping spree is in order! :D

I'm glad so many of you agree. This cd was the theme for my night out with friends. I even had the bar I hung out in playing it and folks were going up and asking "Is that Journey? When did that come out? That is great!!!" What a way to make a work day turn out great.

Anyway off Perry's album plus Easy to fall,Still she cries, and Don't be down on me baby are Perry gems off TBF. Journey and Perry seemed to have less klunkers than other bands off their albums.

No, just telling the truth.

In South Bend I am going to piss on a copy of FTLOSM and wipe my ass with TBF - they may not sound any better, but they won't stink half as much.

Websters defines "fecum" as:

A. Pussy Juice
B. Vaginal Fluids
C. The Fluid Excreted from a woman during an orgasm

Hey bitch I want you to spray that fecum all over me.

Squirting videos in porn are all fake, much like Journey's tours for several years.

I bought the record as soon as I heard You Better Wait on local radios back then, and man.... what a boring record it was and still is.
I re-listened to it from start to finish , and I only managed to re-evaluate songs like Anyway, which I always skipped, but it was just about that.
I still can't help myself thinking at the great musicians he had on that record (Lincoln Brewster, Mike Porcaro, Paul Taylor) and kept so restrained playing elevator music.
Street Talk may be poppish to most here, but it had a little energy. This one comes out as "smooth pop" or "mature" if you prefer it. As much as I dislike some songs on Raised on Radio (The Eyes of a Woman), they sound like heavy metal in comparison to this record...

I sometimes wonder what's the matter with people  . Anyway I loved FTLOSM. It's full of emotion and kewl tunes! It's quite different from Journey IMO but in a positive way. Plus you have Lincoln Brewster who is not Neal Schon but similar to him with a twist of his own.

Certain parts/songs even seem to me like a mixture of Journey and Bad English! Anyway I find the tunes quite original and not slick pop or been-there-done-that rock.

Infact I think I enjoy FTLOSM better than TBF...

The "death" date is the final showdate of the FTLOSM tour IIRC.

Pre ROR Perry was amazing.

Actually I support Nordic Viking Death Metal. It's very relaxing to listen to at 3am, drunk, with a sharp kitchen utensil in my hands after arguing with my wife.

By the way, Mrs. AR won't be seen in public for a very long time..........
