OT-For The Men (Women can respond too), Need Your Opinion.

I've had plenty of cosmetics...plan for more too.
Creams to rid scars, Birks to reform feet, lasik to reshape corneas, weights to increase muscle mass, etc.
In fact, I've spent thousands on implants. Yep, most of my teeth have been resized, titainium'd, & veneer'd.
I've even had my back, neck, and arms laser'd for excessive hair.
What's the diff?

Doesn't that make me just as 'shallow' as a woman that wants her body enhanced?

Point is, breasts are breasts - just skin & nips. Some are big. Some are small. I love 'em all. Yes, some are more natural than others, but still, they're all just 'boobs'.
I love - or at least I'll try to love - each and every one of them I can.

I've never had any complaints, so I quit worrying about it. I always get told the grass is not greener on the other side, anyway. I have a friend who's overwhelmingly gifted in that area and she complains as much as the less-gifted do. It goes both ways.

Having only experienced the natural type, I'm going with that.

From what I've seen, the fakes look like they wouldn't be as nice to the touch. They usually don't look that great, especially as they get bigger. Looks like a couple balloons which I guess that's what they're using in one form or another.

But personaly I do like medium size not huge but more then a mouthful...I really don 't like small breasts or the look of a girl with 2 backs going on..or if she looks like a 14 year old ....boy...lol

A couple words: thanks for responding to my thread, and not treating me like some kind of lunatic. I appreciate it, I really do. Though I have yet to meet a lot of you; through your posts I consider each and every one of you a friend. With that sentiment in mind, I would like to respond to a PM I received earlier today.

Someone asked that I reveal the purpose of this thread. Let me start with what it was not. Despite the title, this was not a poll. I asked your opinions because I respect a great deal of you and wanted your thoughts on the whole "plastic surgery" phenomena. I would never do or not do something based on what other people think. A decision of this "size", lol, is not one to be taken lightly.

At the same time, threads like this don't just pop up out of the blue. If it hadn't been something I was thinking about I wouldn't have tossed it up here in the first place. Thanks again.

Minor plastic surgery is fine. Liposuction is a fine procedure. Boob jobs are ok, but only if done right. There's nothing worse looking than a boob job gone wrong. Usually they are not necessary. If a woman has a pretty face, nice ass and is fit, then big boobs aren't really necessary and are merely a bonus.

I'm suprised that someone thought you were thinking that. I just thought you were a curious female like myself pondering the mysteries of the male mind (or lack thereof...no offense meant to any of the men on this board, but I have a husband, a son, and 3 brothers-in-law who continuously make me question the whole gender!). As for myself, I just wish mine were removeable so the husband would have something to play with and I could be left in peace sometimes!

I've been a long time lurker on here and had to sign up and reply to this thread. I've come to this site on a daily basis for a long time. So I pretty much know the personalities of just about all of the regulars. Some of you know me as KenTheMirrorDude on the "other" site. Scarygirl, I have a few things to say about this. First, I'm assuming this question is for you personally, that you're the one contemplating this. And second, if it is you that this is about, you really didn't say exactly why you are thinking about this.

If it's to please or attract guys, then definitely don't do it. I'm sure the reasons are obvious. You'd be attracting men for "false" reasons. and I really don't think that's the type of men you would want to be with on a long-term basis.

If it's because you feel self-conscious about your size, and getting a boob job would "boost" confidence then maybe you might want to look into it. If I were a woman, I still probably wouldn't get it done. Let me tell you why.

As a guy, I started losing my hair just a year or two out of high school. Unfortunately, most women pass up bald guys when it comes to dating. It's just doesn't really look natural on a lot of guys. Especially white guys (which I am). So this caused me to somewhat fall into a shell and keep to myself. But one day (not really sure what it was) I realized, screw it, if someone doesn't want to socialize with me because I don't have any hair, then she's probably not someone I'd want to take home to meet the folks anyway. I now date 2 or 3 women at a time and we all seem to get along great. And I'm talking about good looking women too. It's all about confidence and being yourself. And being funny helps too.

I'm not really sure why you call yourself Scarygirl. I've seen the thread entitled "Pics Of Us" or something like that. I've seen what you look like. You're one of the best looking women on this site. With the attitude and personality that you have, you should have guys knocking down your door. Whether you had "ant bites" or "ant hills", I'd date you in a heartbeat. It's not what a woman has to offer on her chest or between her legs, it's what she has to offer between the ears. No brain, no gain. Smart, intelligent & confident women are sexy as hell.

it's the same as getting a tattoo or having a mole removed.

If it were me I would just have caution about the future
and health issues surrounding the surgery.

If a doctor told me tomorrow that I had breast cancer and would have to have
my melons removed, I would be signing on the dotted line right then and there
for a new pair to be put on.

Here's the Ciff note version.

In putting up this thread I knew there would be questions, and that's okay. I threw myself out here, spiders and all. That said, the male persective on this subject has always fascinated me. Some of the responses were enlightning. The majority reinforced what I already knew .

The comments about not wanting to, uhm sleep with someone who looks like himself. While they appear shallow on their surface, they are are the product of one, biology, and two, perhaps more so, media indoctrination.

Historically, men have sought women whom appear ready to be fruiful and multiply. The most perfect example being the 36-24-36 or hourglass female form.
Women on the other hand have sought men whom they think will be good providers.

That by itself was okay, but mankind never being quite satisfied decided to muck it up. Media's purest form was the written word; it's primary objective was to inform. The addition of pictures and eventually video added a new, some would say, false dimension. As technology evolved, so did the ways to manipulate images. With every tweak, came along men and women who one after another looked better than the next. So much so that men and women who perhaps didn't quite meet the biological ideal, but whom would have been sought out in another time found that they fell flat altogether and thus became unmarriagable.

To tie this together, since certain forms are desired, as evidenced by fashion; I consider plastic surgery as a way to even the score. Women's clothing falls into three categories, uber thin 14 year old ass, Victoria's Secret, and Lane Bryant. Well folks, the last time I had a fourteen year old ass was when I was four, and I've never possesed the upper assets to be a Victoria's Secret or Lane Bryant. At my thinnest, I'm more like a size 4 on top and a 12 on the bottom. Lately, that's been diverging more to a size fourteen on the bottom. Try fitting that into clothes! At this point, I would settle to be a Lane Bryant! At least then I would fit into a category.

For the reason listed above, this would be corrective. That great American past time of shopping has been something I've never experienced. I can't wait to to go to a store and buy a simple dress and not have to worry about it not fitting properly.

While there are some women who aspire to look like Anna Nicole Smith, the vast majority simply want to look and feel better within their own skin, and that includes clothes.

Not really sure what you mean by keeping them kosher. All of them know that I date other women and they are all cool with it. Some of them know each other but I try to limit the chances of that because of what you said. Some are closer to me than others, but neither of them have appeared to be at this point, someone that I would consider marrying. I quickly weed out the ones that only want to be with me for the things I have. For example I have an exotic sports car (Lula knows me and has ridden in it when I picked her up at the airport here in Texas) and when I take a women out for the first time, I pick her up in my old 22 year old MR2 that's really faded. If they don't bitch about that, then the next time I'll pick them up in my Lotus. Recently I've gotten to be really picky. Women in the past all used to be really picky against me and now it's my turn.

P.S. for what it's worth, none of them have had boob jobs. They are all sizes and every one of them are just fine.
