We are still trying, but the whole thing was such a scam. The tickets (at least here in California) sold out before they ever went on sale to the public. I joined the Hannah Montana fanclub for my daughter just so we could get good seats, but that was a total joke too  I checked for all three venues here in So Cal and in Sacramento for the presale tickets right when they went on sale, but there were only nosebleed seats available for all shows. Those sold out in about two hours. Anyway, I have heard that Ticketmaster is looking into some type of system that the ticket brokers have that holds tickets, or over-rides the priority of the Ticketmaster customer??

I feel bad because Miley Cyrus has a lot of pissed off fans, and Mom's now due to scalper, or management greed. I have noticed that the tickets on the broker websites have come down quite a bit. I hope that they all get stuck with a buttload of tickets!!! Either way, I wish that Disney would call Laura and Cindy @ Fan Asylum, and let them handle the whole fanclub & ticket thing. They are pros!!!

Good luck,

Tracie

Well, HERE HERE to Fan Asylum putting their fine touch on this event! Great idea, Cyndy and Lora, are you listening in????

Second the motion! I am totally turned off by the whole "outrageousness" of the ticket costs. Joined the Fan Club too to get access and was denied. I have the charge in dispute right now because it won't allow me access to anything on her site but my c/c sure was charged. Of course, no response from Tech Support, either!

Interesting, I too tried the fan club and found the site impossible. Very disappointed and gave up! From what you are saying, it was not worth having anyway??

You’re really going to enjoy Kansas I saw them Sunday night and they rocked. I have seen them 4 years in a row and this was by far their best performance. They have added an extended reworked version of “Hold On” to the set that is awesome.

I heard that they also have been including a couple of my favorite tracks from "In the Spirit of Things" (Ghosts and Rainmaker) as well as a couple tunes from "Freaks of Nature" to the set list as well.

Ghosts and Rainmaker are done as a medley About half of Ghosts then the Rainmaker chorus and then back into Ghosts. Sounds great. They throw the ending of Peaceful and Warm into the middle of Hold On. That also sounded great. The have I Can Fly and Desperate Times in the setlist but I haven't heard it yet.

It is all just very sad that adult greed has to ruin it for our kids  I have friends that are ticket brokers, but I can't even buy their tickets w/my friendly discount, because the mark up is sooo freakin high often before they buy the tickets. Something has to change, or everyone will lose out! I am really hoping that Disney puts their feet deep in someone's ass and get's it all figured out :o

Take care,

11/1 Van Halen - Washington, DC
11/26 Shaw Blades - Annapolis, MD
1/6 Trans Siberian Orchestra - Baltimore, MD

Anyone else have anything good coming up?

My fiancee and I just saw Van Halen in Toronto! That was one of the best shows ever! A true rock concert. U will love it!
We saw Def Leppard, Foreigner, Styx in Va Beach back in August...That was a great show as well.
We have Daughtry coming up 11/6 in Niagra Falls.
