Christopher Payne -- Journey artwork

Does anyone know how to get a hold of Christopher Payne? He did the artwork for the second edition of the 'Red13' CD and submitted further artwork for other projects (like the 'Generations' CD, although his artwork was ultimately not selected for the album cover, even though it was absolutely beautiful).

I have a project I'd like him to consider, but I'm having trouble finding him. His website (www.christopherpayne.net) seems to be down (at least today it is).

I appreciate any leads anyone can offer .....
