Tribute page for Dean and Lula

The thread with the link to Trevor's tribute page seems to have gotten lost. At least I can't find it, so I thought I'd put it back. The info for donations is there as well as the beautiful photo montage that Dean did for his son.

I've only just seen what happened.

:( Hope Dean, Lula and their family are holding up okay. Really sorry to hear about it.
