Funniest thing I have EVER seen in my life!

That explains Stewie from FamGuy doin a cover of it. Shatner sings same as he commanded the Enterprise.

The Nemoy (Nimoy?) Baggins is funny too.

It's a great question, and no doubt, a bad video can flat out kill a song. I've seen several horrible videos that ruined songs for me, but none pop immediately into my head right now.

Not only did the video ruin the song, it ruined Billy's career.

 Just saw it.

That is wrong on so many levels.

1. A flashdance style torn pink tshirt.
2. He tears off said shirt to put on another pink shirt.
3. Writhing on the floor crawling.
4. The dancing.   Makes the Augeri wiggle look masculine.

Wow, that's might be the topper right there. Great song, REALLY bad video. Gonna be hard to beat that one. :D

Read this description of the Squier video and you will be on the floor laughing!

And you were right. That was a great read.

I also blame Miami Vice for it. Pastels were all the rage back then. I'm sure that had something to do with the set design.

Still the topper of all the vids so far. The contrast tween the song and the vid is huge.

LOLOL! I love that song, and the video was...well...less than hoped for.

Freddie Mercury vacuuming in drag was good for a giggle, though! :D

And he was lovin every minute of it.

The freaky one is Roger as a teen girl. He could work "To Catch A Predator".

The video did fit well with the song though . .

lol...Freddie's quite the vamp.

Scary part is...the song itself had nothing to do with Freddie being bisexual or the gay community or anything like that. Freddie himself said that in an interview....it was actually written by John Deacon....exclusively...and the video was a parody of a british sitcom....which is why they were in drag....and the others have said they were more than comfortable doing that video...though I recall Brian May saying later on that it basically ruined their image, and with Freddie being openly bisexual..I can see where THAT could be associated....

Interesting, didn't know Deacon wrote this. I have friends that say they don't like Queen cause of Freddie's lifestyle.

I don't agree with it but creative folks are usually somewhat eccentric in one way or another. I look past all that and enjoy the great music.
