Screw your underachieving shitty football teams. So, instead of Bills v Stealers(pun intended), I give you Sabres v Penguins.

Turning Ralph Wilson Stadium into the world's largest hockey audience. This is bitchin. Cool video of them building the rink on top of the football field.

Outdoor hockey is always an ultra-cool idea! I honestly think the NHL should do more of this. Didn't they do this in Montreal not too long ago?

No, Alberta. Montreal was at Edmonton.

Anyway, they sold out the place faster than an E Street show. 80,000 seats gone in 20 mins.

Oh, I am right about SBXL being a joke, but I do not blame the Steelers. I blame the sympathetic media bullshit for fucking Bettis. Anyone who thinks that game wasn't a fixed affair is blindly biased or flat out retarded. It wasn't close to a fair game. The majority of Steeler fans even said this on ESPN message boards.

Ok, enough about boring NFL. Stop hijacking my puck post:)

SATW- Please lay off the Bengals ! They have enough problems. NFL fixed? Maybe they are in the dynasty building business for TV ratings. Maybe they need to stop making so many new rules and replace their blind befuddled refs over 50. TV makes a joke of so many of their calls .

Can't comment on the NHL (I'm a hockey tard~among other things), but Dakota is going to Louisiana in July to the Manning Passing Academy. He'll get to work with Peyton, Eli and Archie. He's very excited, and 'Reverened Chucky' and I are too! I bet AR is happy for us, I just know how much he likes PM and the Indianapolis Colts...

Sorry... back to your regularly scheduled hockey talk! :)

ANOTHER assbeating for you Deb. oooh, the Flamers won 7 straight but then they ran into Vancouver. Canucks are 10-2 against the NW division, strongest in the land.

Donna, that is a great camp. He will no doubt learn a bunch, especially from Archie. I am happy for him.

You should watch the outdoor game on January 1st on NBC. 80,000 people can't be wrong.

PS- Debbie, NBA sucks

PPS- CalgaryDeb, concede defeat now

Darwin Nebraska- Lick my stained choad.

Image That should have been a goal? Oh well, still a great game. :) My Iggy still rules! But will concede that Luongo is unreal! Just might have to see if my friend has tickets for Monday's game. And bring a big ole sign "Deano's Canucks Suck!".

Ya know, I have been trying to get into watching hockey for some time now. I have to tell you, I have just gotten a 32" HD TV for my bedroom and was flipping through the channels the other night when I came across Comast Sports showing a hockey game. MAN! It was awesome! It just looks so cool in HD. It might make me a hockey fan just yet!

Um, no. Smith celebrated like he scored a goal, which tipped off the official(Vick Magoo), to go to the war room in Toronto to review it. The fact that he did celebrate it, meant he touched the puck before the defenceman's glove did, thus Smith's stick hit the puck first. This entire episode was based on a high stick. Was the stick above the cross bar? Well, had the defenceman touched it with his glove, it wouldn't matter, however, once Smith celebrated the goal, that concluded the officials to say es, his stick was too high.

What the Hell Deb? Vancouver won 5-3 anyway. Face it, they are just much more talented all around. Oh by the way, Iggy isn't as good as Naslund.

Your problem is you have to watch Crapitol games. You do have Alexander Ovechkin to watch, the games most exciting player, but the Craps blow.

Cool idea, but all it really means is IF the weather cooperate more people than usual can watch how euro-finesse hockey has become. Last Sabre game I watched I counted ONE check bring finished the entire 60 minutes.

Wow, one win in 11 tries versus Vancouver. You do know Vancouver had 2 goals called off right? But hey, no excuses, ever. Nice win. I think we both agree, we hope the Avs, Oil and Ducks all keep sliding down that slippery slope. Anaheim is not anywhere as good without Teemu, and the same goes for the AV's and Burnaby Joe.
