I cannot believe she still has ANY parental rights to those kids! If that was just an average person doing what she has been doing and acting the way she has, parental rights would've been taken away long ago! The stupid bitch has been given every chance to clean up her pathetic self and she can't seem to or even want to do it.

That's not true. My wife was exactly like her, with respect to the partying and drugs (prescription and otherwise), and because I requested an emergency hearing, our lawyers had only 15 minutes apiece...rendering my case impossible to present (since I didn't have time to admit my hundreds of pages of evidence). The judge granted split custody, although he did require her to have one session with a counselor. Meanwhile, until she turned herself around, my child's life was in danger whenever he was with her.
