Not too sure if Shannon is, but then she probably doesn't even care what he does as long as she can continue to live off of Gene's fortune.

I liked that show Family Jewels of theirs. It's hilarious at times. Gene and Shannon seem pretty normal (outside of the KISS world).....and they have great kids. Nick and Sophie seem pretty grounded and normal. Especially compared to the Osbournes.

My guess is this model had a sideline as a hooker or was being paid by someone. Check it when fatboy tries to KISS her, she literally can't move her head away fast enough...very curious.

Gene would have been stupid to intentionally release this lackluster boring performance but perhaps he sees an opportunity for more band merchandising (I hope that was a KISS condom he was wearing)?

Was this a recent tape or old one?
The power and passion that Steve Perry has in his delivery is what won me over to be a huge fan.

Another one who will be getting a Speak-N-Spell for his birthday this year... :P

Save your $. Those things are a ripoff. I had a Speak & Math and I tell you, it didn't help.
In fact, I blame Speak & Math for my poor math skills. I think it's that fucking horrible voicechip.

I did not have a Speak & Spell, yet I spell just fine and always have. I'm convinced there is a connection.

As a female, there's NO amount of money (or alcohol) in this world that would persuade me to sleep with him. :? As far as his tongue goes, he can keep it. A guy doesn't need a foot long tongue to successfully pleasure a woman.

A "very good musician"?

He's a decent singer and an average guitarist.

The only concert I've ever been to where during the "guitar solo", he plays only a few very simple one-hand hammer-on/pull-off riffs, before choosing to have a conversation with the crowd instead. He is a GREAT showman, though... can't take that away from him, but none of the original guys were much of musicians. If they were, they wouldn't have used so many studio musicians on their albums.

KISS - and Gene Simmons - fucking rock!

Is every note perfect? No. Why bother? It's not about that. It's about entertainment - and no one has ever entertained as thoroughly as KISS does. Whether it's the bombast of the live shows, those anthemic rock classics that you can't help but pump your fist to, or the multitude of ways that they get the KISS brand name out to their fans, it has always been about giving the audience an entertainment experience.

KISS is a band that has always gotten blasted by critics, despite having legions of adoring fans. As Journey fans on this board, I would think that similarity might be worth recognizing.

No, No, believe my Ace is a very good rock guitarist. Just as what happens with alot of "rock stars" turned to alcohol etc. If you listen to his solo album then you can hear that there is alot more too his playing.

p.s arghh Peter Cris is so average i wana stick his sticks up his arse

That should tell you a little about Kiss's fans. How fucking dense or shallow are you to want to follow this shit?

And to say Kiss entertains better than anyone else in the business, are you fucking high>

Better than these acts?

Zeppelin
Stones
Bruce
Perry led Journey

You need to go run into a knife somewhere.

In BOTH of their "primes, (and no I haven't SEEN either live in those periods, just have upwards of 50 shows on audio and video to break down the study)" this contest really only boiled down to The Stones and Journey, period, end of discussion.

Agreed. Paul Stanley is STILL an excellent singer, and I'll put Ace in his heyday up against anybody for sheer "sonic cool"!
Take that, haters!

Anybody see Gene Simmons on Celebrity Apprentice? He totally threw himself under the bus. Extremely stubborn mindset and got fired for it.

Bruce is, along with Sting, Steven Sondheim and Roger Waters, among the top five most brilliant musicians of the second half of this century.

Yes but even Trump was really surprised by Gene's actions. At least he looked genuinely shocked for what it's worth.
