I don't need worship, o paragon of virtue. Seriously. Start a thread or a post or a blog about whatever you think it is that I've lied about, and we can address those issues. Coming in here - unbaited - and calling me names and disparaging me personally doesn't help me understand what your problem is with me...My post above was only in response to the disbelief I felt as I've watched you drag my name through the mud here throughout the past 2 weeks with no responses or baiting from me at all.

The most recent being you running your hole in a private setting calling people you don't know, Lynn is this case, a "fucking bitch" because she chose to not fawn over you, and then turning around and receive high fives and love from your Chesapeake Country Core of fawners.

I also don't buy your blog's statements either. There are two reasons why I think you are a fuck. Firstly, to air out dirty laundry on the band. Wow, that was a classy and smart move. Your angst about not getting the gig, has you pissed off that you feel the need to bash them for their decision to go with Pineda. I know some folks in the know and have been told the story in a 180 degree reverse of what you have ranted about. Let me ask you, why would you show anger and frustration in your blog, if it was truly your decision to not go with Journey? If you really were the man you say you were, and elected to stay with family, then you shouldn't have any reason to be upset. Your reason for "family" is pretty absurd. Are we(people outside of the Clique) supposed to believe you turned down 8-10K per night to stay home with wife and baby? LOL, no. I won't get into any further unless you call me me out to do so. Your "reasons" just flat out don't add up.

And before you say I was angry in my blog, yes I was. And so what, I had a reason to be. My blog bore me out as to telling 100% pure undoctored truth, of which you helped me achieve if you remember. I just see your blog as sour grapes and as a cover to your fans, as to keep them from really knowing what happened.

I was never pissed that Arnel got the gig. I am very happy for him and Journey. And I was never pissed at Neal. Second, I didn't air any dirty laundry on the band. You have no idea what I know about the band. I know more than I would ever care to discuss about the group. Many people, outside of the band and in, were very forthcoming with information about Journey and it's history and it's members - Because for all intents and purposes I was the lead singer at the time. I was hired for the job. No one in the band had any reason to believe that I wouldn't be around in the following weeks and months, and there were many who wanted me to know as much as I could about the situation I was getting into. Trust me, I've never posted ANY inside information I learned about the band, I've only discussed my experiences with the audition process....Can you actually believe that I thought people here would be interested in knowing cool little stories about my time in California? Only to find when I got back how much of a backstabbing karaoke singer I was being looked at? The blog was my way to address directly the rumors around me and my personal situation with the band. The only time I got heated and put some heat on Neal Schon was because I was amazed that he would have the balls to post disparagingly about my wife on a board he emphatically told me to stay away from just because he was "feeling depressed about not having a singer." Now THAT was classy and smart.

I'm still amazed when I read somewhere that people claim I've aired dirty laundry about the band or lied about any of the very detailed experiences I outlined in my posts.

Really? Who would those people be? Jon, Neal, JT, or John Baruck? Because those are the only 4 people in the know as far as I'm concerned, and I know that the three besides Neal were just as surprised and taken aback with his waffling as I was.

As I stated above, my anger and frustration was directed at Neal posting on this forum that the reason I didn't get the gig was because my "wife was too pushy." As I posted before, it took me a LOT of soul searching and discussions with people I respect to make the decision to accept the job from Journey. It was NOT something I had agreed to until I'd gone through ALL the scenarios, and had quite a bit of heartache about the situation. Some seem to forget - They called ME. I didn't go looking for that job. I wasn't upset that I didn't get the job. I was upset that someone whom I respected would leave me hanging in the breeze like he did, then go onto an internet fan site and post a disparaging remark about my family. 8=10k a NIGHT? Again, what is it you think really happened? Do you think I didn't sing good enough? Do you think I was an asshole? Do you think I demanded a million bucks a year? I just don't understand why some feel the need to make something out of nothing. It waddles and quacks. It's a duck....But that's not enough is it?

I'll tell you what I think, and my refraining from posting to these comments bears me out - I think you have a personal vendetta against people in the Annex, who are friends of mine, but in no way are some swooning worshipers as you make them out to be....And I think that my name is being used to throw in the faces of those you and others have some asinine internet war with. I'm the weapon! You and all the others in the "clique" - which I've never been a part of - were DONE with Journey because of what they did to Jeff. Then because of some behind the scenes quarrelling that I don't even care to keep up with you all had a falling out. So you use me as your public tool to beat over the heads of those you and your buddies have a beef with.

Let's try an experiment. Try debating Greg, Sherrie, Dave, Jeff, and Ed WITHOUT using my name as a "but you think Jeremey's good?" type come back. Try leaving my name out of the argument all together. Better yet, why not just ignore each other on Andrew's board? There'd be a lot more peace and quiet around here if that were the case. People have different opinions about Arnel just as they did with Jeff and Augeri. I wasn't ever used as a jackhammer to try to beat those opinions down. So how about trying to debate those opinions on merits other than trying to throw me into the mix at every opportunity. We'll all get along just fine.
