OT: Raiders Once Again Show Their Commitment To Sucking!

Unbelieveable! Leave it to the Raiders to sign a guy to the largest, EVER contract for an NFL Defensive Tackle, who nobody has ever heard of! I think Chris Carter (ESPN commentator) was being kind when he said the Raiders organization was a "cesspool"! Someone needs to have Al Davis committed!

I guess I'm a nobody then  .... Tommy's a good player, pretty versatile too. They did overpay to keep him though.

Sure, Raiders fans have heard of them. I've heard of Pierre Woods, as well, but I'm thinking nobody outside of New England has! It's just a moronic move to pay this much money for a guy who hasn't done anything in his career! He's averaged 4 sacks per season in 3 seasons in the NFL! You do NOT pay a guy a record NFL contract with those kind of numbers, at the D Tackle position!
