Same. I despise it when bands only release a portion of a show on a DVD. I would put money that this means that at the very least Faith In The Heartland and the two Deen tracks don't see the light of day. Probably Escape, too. Shame, really.

I'm pretty sure they'll dump 'Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin', needs some work (Arnel's scattin' and audience participation)...not sure I was diggin' Cain's harmonica solo either.

where does it mention that it is only 60 minutes, i did not see that in the press release, becasue it sucks if this is true, only reason i would like the dvd is for some of the songs mentioned above
fightingilliniJRNY wrote:I guess Cain mentioned it in a radio interview today. Maybe as they're putting it together there will be enough good footage and they'll rethink this and decide to put the whole show. Or maybe just drop one or two songs.

Toto did this twice

Actually, the 2001 DVD was not the whole show. Only The Young, Message Of Love, and a Live & Breathe intro to Wheel In The Sky were played, but didn't make the DVD. But that DVD is still longer than 60 minutes. My whole thing is I wish it was going to be longer than 60 minutes.
G.I.Jim wrote:This is why I think they'd only show 60 minutes...Think about it, they package it in with the two cd's for less than $20.00 (which is a kick-ass deal!) 6 months later, they sell the stand alone dvd to us hardcores and anyone else browsing the local stores for $14.99. It makes perfect sense to me. I wouldn't hesitate at a later date to plop down another $14.99 for a dvd with an extra 4 or 5 songs. I'm sure they'd include some bonus footage as well. To me, it's a win-win for them!

That better not be the case!I am probably buying it mainly for the dvd (concert dvd junkie
) and if After The Fall and/or Mother Father aren't on it......I'd have to think twice about it.
